项目位于库尔勒市中靠北地段,是市区人流量大居住人口多的区域,边临近孔雀河及孔雀公园,居住环境优美,周围学校、医院等配套完善。项目用地 88476.73 平方米,商业为展示面,住宅为中心体验区,规划优秀的商住综合体,根据周边城市情况把用地最有商业价值的沿街面设置为商业主体,形成围合式的商贸展示空间,实现商业聚集的目的,以商业围合的基础上增加内部住宅打造每栋建筑的独立性,以及住宅内的配套设施,提高居住设施品质,依托片区集中公园绿地,形成片区的生活景观环,小区绿地,中心花园共同构造多个丰富的景观节点。
