基地用地处于城市中心——“大十 字”的横轴上,与规划中的商务街与基地隔街相望,并配套有学校、商业及城市公园等设施。基地北面为北京东路,南邻环城东 路,华联路处于两地块之间,交通十分便利,离市政府仅 2 公里,离凯里火车站仅 3 公里。基地拥有较好的外部景观资源:西面为苹果山公园, 东南面与罗汉山森林公园毗邻,成为基地天热绿色氧吧。本项目用地从交通、配套、 景观资源及发展潜力等方面都有较好的区位优势。以凯里特色文化旅游为主导产业基础,通过发掘城市精神价值,重拾产业资源、引导市民城市文化生活、丰富特色文化旅游内涵,将本项目打造成为集艺术创意、商业、文化、科教、娱乐休闲为一体的特色文化创新小镇项目。

 

 

The site is located on the horizontal axis of the "big ten" in the center of the city, across the street from the planned commercial street and the base, and is equipped with schools, commercial and urban parks and other facilities. The base is adjacent to Beijing East Road in the north, Huancheng East Road in the south, and Hualian Road is located between the two plots, with very convenient transportation, only 2 kilometers away from the municipal government and only 3 kilometers away from Kaili Railway Station. The base has good external landscape resources: Apple Mountain Park in the west, and Luohan Mountain Forest Park in the southeast, which has become a hot green oxygen bar in the base. The land of this project has good location advantages in terms of transportation, supporting facilities, landscape resources and development potential.
