天山公园及周边地区改造规划

天山公园及周边地区改造方案总用地面积约为11.8万平方米，其中公园用地总面积约5.07万平方米。改造方案将整个地块分为A、B、C三个部分， C区利用良好的自然人文景观资源，因地制宜地开发建设天山公园， A区、B区两处为居住用地，打造坐拥天山公园湖光绿韵，远望蟠龙山、箭盘山绿树葱茏的理想人居环境。

The total land area of the Tianshan Park and surrounding areas is about 118,000 square meters, of which the total area of park land is about 50,700 square meters. The renovation plan divides the whole plot into three parts: A, B and C, Area C makes use of good natural and cultural landscape resources to develop and construct Tianshan Park according to local conditions, and Area A and Area B are residential land, creating an ideal living environment with the green charm of Tianshan Park and the lush green trees of Panlong Mountain and Jianpan Mountain.
